This particularly useful tool for community building through dance was introduced to me by choreographer Kimberli Boyd.  It is used frequently by Liz Lerman Dance Exchange and other contemporary companies.  I was even in the audience once when the Artistic Director of the Washington Ballet used it to introduce a children's concert.
